CORONA VIRUS UPDATE 03.04.2020
Dear Owners & Residents,
First of all, we hope that all of you and your loved ones are in good health!
While all measures stay in place and we all continue the battle together in these difficult times, the entire Premium Management Services team remains at your disposal for the owners and the residents.
Operational services, maintenance, cleaning and disinfection are maintained, while administrative services are handled by mail and/or mobile phone, since in our offices we cannot receive people.
Remember that measures have been taken for your safety and for the community and are to be fully complied with. Although one might think that he is stronger than the virus or stands above the restrictions, in this case it is about controlling an invisible enemy that could affect each of us and our loved ones at any moment when least expected.
In summary, here are the decrees and ordinances by governmental institutions, as well as the previously communicated measures that are maintained in their entirety:
- Extension of quarantine for seventeen (17) days until 30th April 2020.
- Curfew is maintained from 5.00pm till 6.00am in the national territory
- Social distancing measures are maintained.
- Leaving home to be limited only for necessary purposes
- Prohibition of all sports and social activities outside of home Closing of pool(s), gacebo(s), BBQ and gym.
- Social visiting on the premises is not allowed.
- Social activities are not allowed, not in common areas, nor inside of apartments.
Let us always remember that each protocol is designed solely for our protection and that of our loved ones. Although isolation at home is not so easy, there are countless activities that can be done indoors, alone and with the family, both entertaining, as well as gym exercises, which today can be found on many social networks and/or websites.
